This Privacy Policy explains what information PickWorthIt (pickworthit.com/) collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. If you have privacy questions, email contact@pickworthit.com.

What we collect

  • Analytics data. We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand how visitors use the site — pages viewed, approximate location, device type, and similar aggregate information. GA4 uses cookies and similar technologies.
  • Cookies. We use cookies to remember basic preferences and to measure site usage. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work, but some features (like embedded content) may behave differently.
  • Email signups. If you join our newsletter, we collect the email address you provide. Our email provider stores it and sends our emails on our behalf. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link.
  • Contact form. If you contact us, we collect the name, email address, topic, and message you submit — only to read and respond to your message.

How we use it

We use this information to operate and improve the site, understand what content readers find useful, send emails you asked for, and respond to your messages. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for any purpose other than running this publication.

Third parties

We share limited data with service providers that help us run the site:

  • Analytics: Google Analytics 4.
  • Email provider: our newsletter email provider (handles newsletter signups and delivery).
  • Affiliate networks: When you click an affiliate link, the retailer or network (e.g., Amazon, Walmart, eBay, Target, Impact, CJ Affiliate, Awin, ShareASale) may set its own cookies to track the referral and calculate commissions. Their privacy policies govern that data, not ours.

We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights and the safety of our users.

Your rights and opt-outs

  • You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
  • You can unsubscribe from our newsletter at any time via the link in any email.
  • You can ask us to correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing contact@pickworthit.com. We will respond within a reasonable time.

Children’s privacy

PickWorthIt is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will post the updated version here with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated policy.
